MINNETONKA TO HOST 16U REGIONAL TOURNEY JULY 25-30

Minnetonka will host the Midwest Plains 16U Babe Ruth tournament at Veterans Field on July 25-30. The winner of this tournament will advance to the 16U World Series in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The regional tournament features a host family model where players will stay with local families for the duration of the tournament. People who have participated in a host family tournament remark that the relationships they build through the experience often last a lifetime.

The state champions from Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota, and Minnesota will participate in the tournament.
